On Thursday, the Monetary Board lowered the target reverse repurchase rate (RRP) by 25 bps to 4.25%, the lowest in over three years or since the 3.75% in August 2022. Bitdeer Technologies’ shares slid sharply today after the Singapore-based bitcoin miner and AI data center firm announced plans to raise $300 million through a private sale of convertible senior notes due 2032, a financing move that sparked investor concern over potential dilution.
