KYIV (Reuters) -A Russian missile attack killed one person and damaged buildings across Kyiv, local officials said, after explosions were heard in Ukraine’s capital on Friday. The rush-hour attack sparked fires in several buildings and damaged multiple office buildings, according to the head of Kyiv’s military administration, Serhiy Popko.
